About Georgie

Georgie collaborates with clients to create a supportive and engaging environment that facilitates growth, inspiration, and accountability. Her approach is purpose-led – helping clients identify their true passions and align their actions with their deepest values, so they can achieve meaningful and sustainable success.

Georgie draws her experience from over two decades in a diverse range of industries – from global pharmaceuticals to the voluntary sector; from engineering to the criminal justice system. With board-level experience within both corporate and voluntary/not-for-profit sectors, she has a cross-functional skill set – from operations to project management, from editorial production to client management. Having made the transition from employee to business owner nearly a decade ago, Georgie specialises in working with both established small business owners and start-ups.

In addition to traditional face-to-face and online coaching sessions, Georgie offers walking and talking coaching, a unique approach that utilises the power of physical exercise and the outdoors to help clients focus on the present moment - to realign with their personal and professional values, reduce over-thinking/analysis and harness forward momentum so they can move forward with intention. She also sets up and facilitates ‘collaboration circles’ where small groups with a shared interest come together for connection and support, to share experiences and challenges, celebrate successes and generate ideas.
